Ingredients
1 packet Blackberry Cheesecake Dip & Dessert Mix (Retired)
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup Cool Whip
1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Fresh fruit of your choosing, sliced
1 packet Vanilla Cookie Topping (included in the box)
Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread cookie dough on a round 12" pan. Poke holes in dough with fork prior to baking. Bake according to package instructions; let cool completely. Spread blackberry cream cheese mixture over cookie crust, top with fruit and sprinkle with Vanilla Cookie Topping; refrigerate until ready to serve.
